The Hevresac Hotel pays homage to the city of Maó, its history and essence of an enlightened society. Behind this project are Ignasi and Stephanie and their desire to create an urban hotel, different from their first project, the interior hotel Ses Sucreres, located in Ferreries. This is how the city hotel Hevresac was born, located among the most noble streets of Maó, with an 18^th century architecture and an inspiring and original vintage décor.

Their goal is none other than to take care of their hosts and make them feel like home. For this reason, following the same values as in Ses Sucreres, Hevresac offers local, organic and sustainable products. It is a space for those enamoured of the city, with cultural, artistic or political interests.

This company carries out its business activities in accordance with numerous criteria for the protection of Menorca’s environment, identity and culture, and is exemplary in the following:

Waste reduction

Involves planning procedures to reduce resource consumption and waste generation, with special consideration for the reduction of plastic waste, promoting reuse and the use of non-pollutant alternatives, composting and the reduction of food waste.

Use of local produce

Makes use of local farm-to-table produce in its supply and production and prioritises produce from farms and fisheries that implement practices that are respectful with the environment.

Local heritage and culture

Works toward the preservation of Menorca’s cultural heritage, while respecting and fostering the various forms of expression and activity of those engaged in the activity.
