The Algaiarens farm, together with the Son Felip farm, both from Ciutadella, work with ecological and regenerative farming techniques. Their goal is to curb desertification and recover the landscape, at the same time as producing higher quality, healthier and more nutritious produce.

The Son Felip and Aigaiarens farms, both from Ciutadella, work with ecological and regenerative agricultural techniques. The main goal is to curb desertification and recover the landscape while obtaining higher quality, healthier and nutritious products. This project intends to create a model of sustainable management that can be exported to other farms in Menorca and become an example of change in the island, the Mediterranean and the world.
Son Felip and Algaiarens set a trend in Menorca by applying systems based on the efficient and sustainable use of energy such as permaculture for greater energy savings, or the Keyline, a technique that uses and distributes rainwater and helps control erosion.
